It is centrally located, a fifteen-minute drive to Tygervalley Shopping Mall and also a fifteen-minute drive to Century City / Canal Walk Shopping Mall or a twenty-five-minute drive to the CBD of Cape Town ( all when there is no traffic).

From this property, it takes you also twenty-five minutes to either Cape Town International Airport or  Stellenbosch. Uber is a common mode of transport for people who do not have transport.
